Since the creation of the bond department in 2012, CARAX has become a significant player in the European credit markets, particularly in France. The teams address a diversified clientele of European institutions in order to provide the best stock proposals available, based on an order execution that is fully independent from research and analysis. CARAX has always made it a point of honour to anticipate its clients needs to be one step ahead of the competition and to be one step ahead of the changing environment.
La société continue ainsi de se développer dans de nouveaux produits et services. En 2015, à la suite de l’ouverture du marché des Euro PP, CARAX obtient ses agréments AMF et ouvre un pôle Corporate Finance spécialisé dans le financement d’entreprises par émission de dettes privées et en Private Equity. Grâce à une équipe expérimentée, la société accompagne les dirigeants de PME/ETI sur toutes leurs problématiques de financement et de transmission.
The company is on a continuous development to provide its clients new products and services. Following the opening of the Euro PP market in 2015, CARAX obtained the AMF approval and opened a Corporate Finance division specialised in private debt and private equity financing. Led by an experienced team, the company assists executives, managers and investors in financing, transfer or cash-out projects (LBO, MBO, OBO) and mergers and acquisitions.
En 2017, le groupe Viel & Cie, acteur de premier plan dans le secteur de l’intermédiation financière et coté sur Euronext, entre au capital de CARAX. Présent dans 28 pays, il réalise un chiffre d’affaires de près de 900 millions de francs suisses. Cette prise de participation s’inscrit dans la volonté du groupe d’accompagner les entreprises françaises dans leur développement par des financements alternatifs et dans la diversification de son offre auprès de ses clients investisseurs.
In 2017, the Viel & Cie group, a leading player in the financial intermediation sector and listed on Euronext, acquired a stake in CARAX. With operations in 28 countries, the company has revenues of nearly €855 million (2021).
This acquisition is in line with the group’s commitment to support French companies in their development through alternative financing and to diversify its offering to its investor clients.
